Here I am going to discuss all this and hope that it will be helpful for you to decide on what you want to choose at the time you want your game idea converted to reality.

Apple has recently launched new iPad and with it the highest resolution device which is not only great in reading the books but also minds blowing for gaming thanks to its high resolution and graphic processing capabilities. So, to avoid this unnecessary consequences you should try to understand the points which other party is making and also try to find out the best way out, where this can be a win-win situation. Agreements should be reached on mutual basis and most important is should be in written format, so there cannot be future conflicts regarding to the iPhone Game Development or iPhone Apps Development.
